10 colleagues sharing accommodation -10 private bedrooms- a remarkable centre such as Andalucía Lab and Marbella as a backdrop.

Wait a minute… is this real? Absolutely! Look:
Our theoretical education is a total of 643 hours, divided into 163 days of learning: Monday to Thursday, 8 hours; Friday, 6 hours.
Our content: 3 main content blocks and 3 additional modules that you can see in detail here.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
- Start date: September 15.
- End date: February
- Holiday period: December 24 to January 6, inclusive.
All lessons are recorded, so you can have them on-demand to watch and rewatch as many times as you need.
After 6 months of theoretical learning, you’ll finish the programme in the best possible way: with a 3-month internship (guaranteed) in a company within the industry that needs someone like you and that fully trains you for the job market.
You’ll be in touch with businesses more than once. By developing your theoretical knowledge in Andalucía Lab, you will have access to talks and training with companies and networking events in our centre. This is how they get to know you and how we make sure that both you and the companies are interested in working together after the programme finishes.
- Dates: from February 8th to May 8th.
During this 9-month programme, we offer:
- Accommodation: single room in shared accommodation. You’ll be sharing with your classmates (10 people in total), who are also part of the programme.
- Transport: round trip in a private vehicle from the accommodation to the training centre.
- Lunch in our centre.
Plus, over the Christmas period, if you decide to stay in our accommodation (you can choose to go back home), the programme offers you recreational activities that will help you integrate with the traditions and culture of Andalucía.
Calendar
We are currently collecting and evaluating applications.
Scheduled dates, already mentioned, are:
- Theory: starting 15 September and ending 5 February.
- In-company internships: starting 8 February and ending 8 May (3 months).
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
- Christmas holiday period: from 24 December to 6 January, inclusive.
How much will the programme cost?

What!? No way. This is too good to be true.
Here’s why
We need you to commit. We don’t want to give this amazing opportunity away if you’re going to drop out after two weeks.
So we ask you to make an initial contribution of €2,400 (10% of the actual value, which is €24,000.)
We will refund €1,800 after you complete your first week, and the remaining €600 while you do your 3-month internship.
That is, you contribute €2,400 but you get €2,400 back, and you’ll get an education valued at €24,000.
Eligibility
This programme is not for anyone. We are looking for people with a real interest in education. You must meet the following 5:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an activity related to computing and/or telecommunications in any country of the European Union.
- A degree in one of the following OR a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in jobs directly related to them (regardless of your education): Engineering or Computer Science, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering; Mathematical, Physical or Statistical Sciences; Computer Science or Telecommunications.
- Certificate of English B2 or higher and Spanish B2 or higher (the latter, only if Spanish is not your mother tongue).
- Willing to live in Andalucía for 9 months during the whole theoretical programme + internship.
- What we mentioned above: an initial contribution of 2,400 euros, which you will get back 100% in two phases.
We value (although it’s not a requirement) if you lived and worked in different countries.

Because that’s the essence of this programme: 10 participants with a similar profile, a rural hotel, a modern centre such as Andalucía Lab for lessons, a very specific agenda, an online platform to follow and watch lessons on demand, and a 90-day internship in a tourism/technology company where you might continue working later on. This is a 9-month experience that could change your life: that’s why it’s on-site.
Because that’s the way we ask you to show your commitment. This is a complete and specific programme and we only want people who have a real interest in taking advantage of it. That’s why we return 75% of the amount after only one week in the programme and 25% at the end.
The programme will continue from our accommodation in Marbella, virtually.
It is a set of facilities, services and community around Andalucía Lab. Our HUB is made up of our state-of-the-art spaces, free training, consulting services, companies and professionals related to the world of tourism, technology and marketing, as well as the participants in the programme.
