How to book our venues

Short and sweet

Once your booking is confirmed, renting any of our attractive and functional event rooms includes: :
  • Room set-up
  • Using the room during the reservation period
  • Using the agreed technological equipment
  • Support from Andalucía Lab staff before and during your event (only for events related to technology applied to the tourism industry.) 

What's NOT included?

Catering

You're in charge of catering services. If you hire an external company, you'll have to notify us in advance, so that we can prepare everything it requires.

Limpieza tras el evento

It’s not included in the price and it's strictly necessary that you leave the room exactly as you found it. Cleaning must be done on the same day as your event. We advise you to hire external staff.

Yes: all our rooms are available, whether you are part of our HUB or totally external. Whatever the event you want to hold, you’re welcome here.

It’s one of the most impressive auditoriums in Europe. Not only for its spectacular design but also for its technical features and functionality. It is, as we said before, a hidden gem.

Because it’s what we’re experts in. Actually, all other services that you can find on our website are for small businesses and entrepreneurs in these industries. Venue rental is open to everyone. 

 Once you fill in your booking request (remember, you must be registered and logged in), we’ll review it and come back to you with personalised options according to availability (get a move on!). We’ll let you know then and we’re sure that you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Yes. We do not offer a cleaning service for venue rentals. It’s your responsibility and you must leave the room as it was at the beginning of your rental. It’s also important for you to know that you must have the room cleaned within the same day as the event. On the following day, there could be another event in the same room and there would not be time to clean and prepare everything.

Same as with the cleaning service, we don’t. But you can bring your own external catering service. We’ll ask you to let us know in advance, too. We’ll get in touch with them to prepare everything they need.
